As a reminder, all U.S. employees have 24/7 access to the professionals at Lyra Health. In addition, UHC has opened its Emotional Support Help Line to provide support that’s free of charge and open to anyone—even those not covered under a UHC medical plan.

Qualifying life events during COVID-19
If you’ve had a qualifying life event (such as getting married, having a baby, or losing coverage under another plan) within the last 12 months, but missed the 31-day enrollment window, you may still be eligible to make your desired changes/enrollment. Request assistance by sending an email to ServiceNow@alliant.com.
Have your healthcare and/or daycare needs changed as a result of COVID-19?
You can make a prospective midyear change to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) election(s) to align with your new situation.
Simply complete the Change in Status form (below) and submit it via email to ServiceNow@alliant.com. A Benefits Advocate will update your FSA election on your behalf and send you a confirmation email once the update is complete.
COVID-19 and your ServiceNow medical plan
If you’re enrolled in a medical plan offered by ServiceNow, there is no cost to you and your covered dependents for screening, testing, or vaccinations related to COVID-19.
Through June 30, 2021, virtual visits under the UHC health plans are available at no cost to members—so you can get the care and professional advice you need from the comfort and safety of your home.
