Benefits Update: The Hartford is Our New Disability and Leave of Absence (LOA) Administrator

When life happens and you need to take a leave of absence (LOA), we’ve got you covered. As of April 1,2023, The Hartford will be our new partner to support you through the LOA and disability process.

Parental Leave

ServiceNow will grant up to 12 weeks of full base pay for the birth/placement, adoption of a child up to the age of 17, or who receives a child through surrogacy.

We practice our civic duty by respecting time off taken for these activities.
