There is still time to make benefit

All changes must be made by December 22, 2021. Changes will be effective January 1, 2022.

What you need to know

Health Plans

If you want to remain with your current plans – you don’t need to do anything.  Your current plans will remain the same with the exception of your FSAs.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

If you want to participate in the Healthcare and/or Daycare FSAs for 2022, you must enroll during Open Enrollment. Remember, your 2021 elections do not carry over

Health Savings Account (HSA) if enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan

HSAs are a great way to save tax-free funds for your healthcare needs. Employees with individual coverage under the HDHP can contribute up to $3,650 and employees with family coverage can contribute up to $7,300. An additional $1,000 is allowed at age 55+. (Note: contributions by ServiceNow are included in these limits.)

What happens if you don’t enroll?

You only need to take action if you’re making a new election or change (switching/enrolling in plans, adding/removing dependents) or if you want to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2022 – FSA elections do not carry over from year to year.

If you make no changes, your current elections and coverage levels will remain for 2022. You will need to enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts for 2022.
